Nigerian Journalist Rufai Oseni, has advised Governors to sue the Federal Government to court over the insecurities in their various states.
Oseni was reacting on the attack on the people of Benue state by suspected herdsmen attack where about 45 persons were killed last week.
In a Twitter post, he wrote:
“Insecurity has started again why can’t the state governors take the FG to court over the state of insecurity in the Nation?Huh? Or it was only valid for near election Naira Policy?Huh?.Let’s be fair. People are kidnapped in kaduna and we aren’t hearing anything?”
If the governors truly care, Since insecurity has started again in kaduna. We should see the state Govt suing the federal Govt over the kidnapping of the people.Or do the people not matter any longer?.People are killed in Benue and nothing is said. I thought the Govs will make a bold decision to sue the FG over insecurity or is it only applicable to Naira Policy ?

If the Govs can sue FG over Naira Policy why have they not come out in protest or sued the FG about the people kidnapped recently in the North or those people aren’t citizens or they lives don’t matter?
