The Abia state election petition tribunal sitting in Umuahia on Thursday ruled that the member representing Bende federal constituency, Hon. Benjamin Kalu duly won his election into the National Assembly.
Anyaso had challenged the victory of Benjamin Kalu in court over alleged irregularities.
INEC had declared Hon. Kalu of APC winner in the February 2019 NASS election after defeating his closest rival, Chima Anyaso of the PDP.
