Chief Abraham Iseh, APC chieftain from Itumbauzo Ward and also a two time aspirant for State House of Assembly for Lagos in 2015 and Abia in 2019, has reacted over the congratulatory message credited to Chima Anyaso to Hon. Benjamin Kalu.
It should be recalled that Anyaso, a candidate of PDP, at the February 2019 election, contested alongside Benjamin Kalu, APC, candidate to represent Bende Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives which he loss, had dragged Kalu to court challenging his victory.
First, Hon. Kalu defeated him on the State election tribunal sitting in Umuahia before he (Anyaso) appealed the tribunal judgement at the Appellate Court where Hon. Kalu also won him again, reacting, Anyaso dropped a congratulatory message to Kalu, noting that he is ready to work in the uplifting Bende to the desired level.
Ever since the congratulatory message, signed by Anyaso, reactions has been pouring in, first was Chief Akwari, who said Anyaso’s message is coming late after all the litigations.
In his reactions, Chief Iseh, said he agreed with what Chief Akwari said on Anyaso’s message, according to him, had Anyaso had a good interest of Bende at heart, there wouldn’t have been any need for litigation.
He wrote…
“I concur with Chief Akwari on Anyaso’s message.
“If Anyaso really had the intention of working with Honourable Benjamin from the onset, there wouldn’t had been any need to waste resources meant for the good People of Bende. I agree it was his money he wasted. Hon Benjamin too did not get free litigation service. 😐
“You can imagine All the time and energy spent on needless litigations and unnecessary distractions. If the Courts had not adjudicated in the way they did, would Anyaso ever remember the need to work with Chief Benjamin?
“On a positive note – Honourable Chief Benjamin Kalu is a God fearing individual with a heart of Gold. He will definitely work for the people of Bende Federal Constituency irrespective of Political affiliation. His doors are always open to everyone, so don’t be afraid of being left behind.
“This is the time for the liberation of Bende. And Benjamin will ensure our voices are heard at the National Assembly. 😇👍
I am Chief Iseh Abraham (FCA) from Itumbauzo.
