“The Special Assistant on Youths & Support Groups to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, GCON, Amb. Aliyu Bin Abbas has reacted to the plan of the Buhari/APC-led administration to hand over NNPC’s hold of Nigeria’s refineries to private investors.
“In his reaction, he called on Nigerians to recall the hey days of the 2019 Presidential Campaign, reminding them of Atiku’s plan to hand over NNPC to private investors, if elected. A plan that was greatly resisted and blindly quoted out of context then by the same APC, for obviously deceptive inclinations,” it said.
According to the statement, he urged Nigerians to see how the same All Progressives’ Congress (APC)-led government now wants to copy and carry and out the plan of the former Vice President, which is undoubtedly for Nigeria’s good fortune.
“Amb. Aliyu Bin Abbas advised President Muhammadu Buhari and the APC administration to come out at this juncture and give credit to whom credit is due, in terms of right policy making decisions that have been coming from none other than the man who has plans to get Nigeria working again, if so opportuned someday. The man with collaborative knowledge and exceeding experience to steer the ship of nationhood,” it stressed.
Amb. Aliyu Bin Abbas urged Nigerians to be steadfast during this moment of hardships caused by APC’s lack of foresight, insisting that Nigerians surely missed greatly in 2019 when their votes for Atiku were stolen by the ruling party.
He advised President Buhari to man up and call His Excellency Atiku Abubakar and appeal for his full plan for Nigerians, to commence implementing them instead of piecemeal picketing as observed in his recent pronouncements.
“Atiku has observed the state of the nation and advised, to redeem Nigerians from the current woes in the country, caused by the APC.”
Amb. Aliyu Bin Abbas called on Nigerians to be steadfast and not despair in spite of the current numerous problems ravaging the country as caused by the APC administration.
He was optimistic that these trying times shall surely pass and Nigeria shall once again be a glorious land for all.
“We pray God continues to keep His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, the enigma and philanthropist, for Nigeria and Nigerians,” it concluded.
