An Aba based blogger, Amb. Friday Emmanuel has been brutalized by a staff of APUMA along waterside, Ogbor-Hill, Aba.
The APUMA whose name is yet to be ascertained, accosted Amb. Friday Emmanuel about 6pm, this evening (Wednesday), accusing him of trespassing an area he claimed was prohibited.
The blogger, who pleaded unaware of such restriction as there was no sign restricting movement along the area, was handed a hot slap by the terrorizing APUMA staff.
The APUMA furthered his wickedness by hitting the blogger with a wooden object which finally got the blogger down and brutalized.
The condition of Amb. Friday Emmanuel could not been ascertained by the time this report is filled.
