The All Progressive Congress, Abia State chapter has welcomed former Osisioma LGA Chairman, Ugochuckwu Allen Nwachukwu into the party.
APC, in a press statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Comrade Benedict Godson, described the party as a big family which has been growing so rapidly in the state.
“In APC, the family is growing bigger and bigger. The light is shinning and becoming brighter. And anybody who loves light will always embrace it and do away with darkness”, part of the statement read.

“We welcome our brother, Hon. Ugochuckwu Allen Nwachukwu with open mind and brotherly love. Together by the grace of Almighty God, we all shall form a better political party that’ll make Abia a better state.
“APC is a big family. The ship has large cabin, there are so many of us inside and it’s sailing without restriction. We’re happy he has joined us and with him and other strong APC members already in Osisioma, we know we’re getting stronger.
“Whenever a good person sees light, it’s expected he follows it and work in it because his paths will be brighter. So, APC is a family of light and we will always attract men and women of light.
“APC is a party of progressives. We operate with the concept of Iron sharpeneth iron. So we’re not surprised to see people like Hon. Ugochuckwu joining us.
“He has registered with Amator Ward-8 in Osisioma Ngwa LGA. As a former Chairman of such an important and strategic LGA, we know he’s very important in Abia politics and we welcome him into the progressives family.
