Counsel to the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Aloy Ejimakor has shared a screenshot containing messages of the self-acclaimed freedom fighter, Simon Ekpa begging to speak with the Governor of Enugu State, Peter Mbah.
In the chat, Simon Ekpa begged Ejimakor to facilitate the meeting between him and the Enugu Governor, adding that he has something to tell him.
However, the legal practitioner, Ejimakor said he purposely frustrated the Ekpa’s bid to speak with Governor Mbah, stressing that he knew the self-acclaimed freedom fighter will ask the governor for money.
AbaCityBlog reports that Ekpa have continued to call for Sit-at-home on Mondays across the five States of South East region despite Nnamdi Kanu’s counter directive, a move, the governor of Enugu State has frowned at, urging the residents to go about their normal business activities every Monday.
Revealing Simon Ekpa’s message where he begged to speak with governor Mbah, Ejimakor said he used his ‘number six’ to frustrate the move because Ekpa will have nothing than to beg the Enugu Governor money.
Ekpa had taken to twitter to drag Ejimakor for his press briefing in Enugu State calling for an end to Sit-at-home in South-East, the leader of auto-pilot accused Ejimakor of collecting bribe from the governor.
He tweet: “A press briefing from captivity of the criminal Oluwale wife snatcher @PNMbah when did @AloyEjimakor start to issue press briefing from Enugu State? (sic)
If he has collected money from Mbah, he should return it because this coming sit at home not even fish in the river will swim in Biafra water(sic)
Responding, Ejimakor shared screenshot of Simon Ekpa, asking him to help facilitate a meeting with the Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah.
He tweet: “Simon, these screenshots would prove that on 19th July, you begged me to facilitate your desperation to speak with Gov Mba but I used my ‘number six’ to frustrate it because I knew you will ask him for money in return for betraying MNK. That’s why you disobeyed his order.
