Abia state government has declared its preparedness in partnering with KALTANI’S PET COMPANY in setting up a recycling plant in the state.
The Governor of Abia state, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu stated this through his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu when he received a delegation from Kaltani’s Pet company today at Government House Umuahia. He assured that his administration would do all that would demanded of it in actualizing the goal.
He thanked the owner/CEO of the company who also happen to be an indigene of the state for bringing his investment home to develop his home state and enjoined other citizens of the state to emulate him by bringing down their investments home to join the government in developing the state.
Speaking during the visit, the CEO/Founder of Kaltani’s Pet Company, Engr. Obi Charles Nnanna stated that he and his team were at the government house to thank the state government for donating a vast land to the company to establish a recycling plant and to seek for more support from the government in actualizing this aim.
He pledge that his company will speedily swing to action to help boost economic activities of the state as well as helping the state government in providing job opportunities for Abians.
Barr. Gabe Igboko the immediate past Commissioner for SME, Mr Austin Akuma, Regional Manager of Keystone Bank, Barr. Austin Mbaka the Legal Adviser of Kaltani’s Pet Company and many other government officials were present during the visit.
