Abia Speaker Visits Monday Ubani, Condoles with Family over Father’s Demise

In his condolence speech, the Speaker described the deceased as a man who was reputed for his philanthropy, integrity, peaceful disposition and stellar achievements.

“Pa Egbedubi Nwokocha was an honorable man; his dedication and contribution to the service of humanity was remarkable, and his meekness, calm demeanor and benevolence have left an indelible mark in the sands of time. I urge you to take heart and be consoled by the fact that he lived a long and productive life”, the Speaker said.

He prayed God to give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and grant the soul of the deceased eternal rest.

Responding, Barr Monday Ubani thanked the Speaker for coming to commiserate with the family and wished him well in all his endeavours.

The deceased was aged 101 and was committed to mother earth today.
