Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has described General Azubuike Ihejirika (rtd) as a patriotic Nigerian.
The Speaker stated this in a birthday message to General Ihejirika on the occasion of his birthday today, 13th February.
The Speaker recalled the memorable role General Ihejirika played as Chief of Army Staff in helping to tackle security threats in Abia State during the tenure of Senator T.A Orji as Governor, a feat for which the Speaker appreciates the former Army Chief.
Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji wished the General turned politician a happy birthday.
