A 55-Year old banker has been remanded at Kirikiri Prisons by an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for alleged defiling an 8-Year old girl on Tuesday.
The suspect Identified as Titilayo Olatunji, resides at Herbert Macaulay Way, Ebute Meta, Lagos.
Following the impact of his crime the magistrate Mrs B.O. Osunsanmi, refused to take the plea of the defendant.
She ordered that Olatunji should be kept behind bars pending the receipt of legal advice from the State Director of Public Prosecutions (DPPs).
She, then adjourned the case until April 14 for mention.
