The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) is the professional organization that regulates the activities of all Certified Public Accountants (the CPA (K)s) in Kenya. It was established in 1978 by the laws of Kenya under CAP 531. Since then, ICPAK has been dedicated to the development and regulation of the accountancy profession in Kenya that upholds the public interest and enhances its contribution and that of its members to national economic growth and development.

The Institute is mandated to develop and regulate the Profession by promoting standards of professional competence and practice amongst members and advice on matters of governance and accountability in all sectors of the economy.
It is also mandated to advise the Cabinet Secretary of Finance, on matters of public finance and accountability.

ICPAK License Portal
The ICPAK license portal allows professionals in the accounting profession to register for licenses, renew their licenses, check their license status, and perform other important actions.
