How to Check URA Application Status online: For those looking to know their URA application status, the URA application status checking portal has been enabled. This e-Service allows you to check the status of your development application.

Now URA has put their records online so you can see if your submissions were processed and you can check on the status.

Before you proceed to check your URA application status online, you will need the Reference ID (e.g. ES20130101R0001) of your submission. This Reference ID can be found in the transaction reply slip which is issued to the applicant and agent (as indicated in the application form) upon successful submission of the application.

Here, you will be able to check the progress of your URA application by entering your Reference ID. If these details are correct you will receive an update on the application.
