Capital Oil boss, Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, has filed a lawsuit against the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, over alleged ‘irregularities’ in the procedures of party’s gubernatorial primaries for the upcoming Anambra state governorship elections.

Ubah, who is an aspirant of  the 2017 Anambra gubernatorial election under the platform of PDP, filed the lawsuit following numerous accusations over the party’s delegate list, were some aspirants complaining of the party’s rank been infiltrated by members of other political parties, with the hope of disrupting the emergence of the party’s choice of candidate.

In a video obtained by PoliticsNGR, Ubah speaks about the primaries and reveals that he has sued the party, citing the consequences of the development.
