Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe

Chief Enyinnaya Abaribe, Chairman of South-East Senate Caucus and senator representing Abia South senatorial zone, yesterday, said the people of South-East will remain in Nigeria, despite the quit notice issued to Igbos living in the North by Arewa youths forum.

Abaribe said Igbos will not be cowed by the Biafra agitation led by IPOB leadership, and the Arewa quit notice, assuring that the Igbos will remain in Nigeria to build the country’s unity.

Speaking yesterday in Abuja during the unveiling of a high-end estate at Durumi District of FCT, Senator Enyinnaya Abarabe, noted that the continued investment of persons of South East extraction outside their geopolitical zone eloquently demonstrates their abiding faith in the unity and corporate existence of Nigeria.

He called on the people of National South East extraction to remain committed to the development of the country said, ” we are going nowhere.”
