Aba Is Our Own China; FG Should Support by Development - Olamide

Popular Nigerian hip hop recording artist, Olamide Adedeji, popularly known by his stage name Olamide (Badoo) has called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to render support in the development of Aba, the commercial city of Abia State and its local made products known as Aba Made.

The singer was in Aba yesterday night on Globacom music tour. The show, which shuts down the entire city of Aba, the great Enyimba city, as popularl artists like, Flavour, Phyno, Olamide, Runtown and a host of other popular celebrities including Nollywood actors and actress were present last night, Saturday May 6th, 2017.

The show was held at El Dorado Hotels and Event Centre, Aba.

Reacting after his Aba based fans showed him much love, the Yoruba indigenous rapper, Olamide praised his fans, and also revealed that all his wears are all Nigerian made (Made In Aba).

Olamide took to his twitter handle, called out on the Nigerian government to first help in the development of Aba and support its local made products before preaching Buy Made In Nigeria, to Grow Nigeria Economy. The campaign, which known as (Buy Naija to Grow Naija).

According to him; Aba is our own China, the Government should support our own and develop our own if they are preaching buy Nigeria grow Nigeria

Meanwhile, in a bid to support Nigerian made products, a programme caption: Made In Nigeria Entrepreneurship Conference (MINEC) 2nd edition will kick start on June 22nd 2017, the first stop will be at Lagos State.

The programme is another way to pilot made in Nigeria products to global standard.
